I feel overweight now these days. What can I do to stay fit. I have already started morning walk before two week but could not find any changes.

Hello,, U are obeased by 15 kg, * go for a walk in the morning/evening. * go for meditation to reduce stress,anxiety. * Take, salad,fruits, sprouts with 2 breads in lunch, consume fruits, whenever u feel hungry. * Take, oats,and green-tea as breakfast. * Opt staircase in stead of lift,& escaletor. * go for skipping, swimming, jogging, gardening. * Homoeo-medicine** @ Fucus Vas Q-10 drops,with 1/4 cup of luke warm water,thrice a day. @ Fucus vas Q -20 drops,with 1/4 cup of luke warm water,thrice a day. Report .fortnightly. All d best.
