I was suffered from migraine headache and vomiting whenever I didn't eat foot at time then I consult local opticians and he checked and says I have number 0.25 spherical now I don't want to wear specs what to do. If I not wear specs now also I feel headache and vomiting. When I read any thing from phone I feel dizziness. Help.
