Left side chest pain started since dec 2020 next day to drinking alcohol and smoking. Pain remains almost every day but different places on left side sometimes in back or near side ribs, sometimes it goes for 1-2 days. Done cbc, lft, lipid profile, chest xray ecg and ultrasound of abdomen, all became normal except fatty liver. I don?t know what happen to me, one doctor says it gas, please guide me what to do. Age 31 years male.
