I am 34 years old, male with no underlying medical condition. 4 days ago, I notice a small lump under my chest near the diaphragm. The lump is hard but painful when I touch it. Without touching it, it is not painful. This morning I realized the lump has gotten bigger - a size bigger than a bean. I am not sure what to do with it or what it is. The lump is hard with a tiny blackhead. Is it worrying? What should I do?
