I am a 69 year young man. My height is 169 cm and I weigh 79 kg. Last few years I am trying to reduce my weight by 8-9 kg and have tried following 1. Reduce food intake from 2 chapati rice morning evening to first one chapati both times. Last few months I am eating only one meal breakfast. 2. Yog exercises for 1 hr every morning 3. Occasional 30-40 minutes brisk walk. I am also taking Uni Enzyme and Live 52 tab (two tablets) every day. In last two years with these changes, there is no reduction in weight. What should I do?
