one should drink enough water because 70% of bodybwtvis is due to water. water should be taken at regular interval at least 7 to 8 full glass or everyday by an adult individual. butcwater should not be taken immediately after a major meal at least half an after main food water should be taken similarly water should not be taken on bulkvqyatlty just before going for run ,exercises,and even jogging wait for at least half an hour before starting the strenuous activity.
