Hello, I would like to ask about cortisol (stress hormone) level. For about a year, I experienced frequent stress at work. At the same time, however, I took care of my body: I ??spent a lot of time among my friends, I often walked in nature, did moderate physical activity (bike, light jogging), I took care of a healthy diet, I supported myself with ashwagandha. A month ago, I finally managed to change my job and the stressful situations ended. I'm now very happy man. Therefore, I have a question. Should my cortisol level be at a good level after this month, obviously still keeping the above-mentioned healthy habits? Man, 31 years old.

Do not worry about cortisol level. Keep up the healthy habits. Excessive worrying about cortisol is itself an indicator of anxiety. So try and not think about cortisol level and such things.
