You should have 79 kg.Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,yoga,plank to reduce extra weight.Along with this follow a balanced diet.Avoid fast foods.No sugar,sweetened juice.Plenty of watery vegetables,whole fruits will help you to reduce fat.use unrefined foods.Protein foods will help you in this case.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.These common things will help you.
