I am suffering from B12 deficiency. What actual amount of food should I have? Can you please suggest taking injection is better or taking tablets. Will this deficiency of B12 be effecting me on getting pregnant.

B 12 is issential.
defficiency may affect 5 % only.
eat fruits like khajur (DATES), black dry grapes with seeds,Anjir(fig),Awla,
inj or tab it depends on defficiency.
according to me prefer tab.
