Hello lybrate-user, pls reduce starchy and carbohydrate diet like potatoes, rice, sweats. Start with brisk walk in the morning or yoga or gym. Take flaxseeds powder 2tablespoons morning and evening and drink lukewarm water on it. Thanks.

You need 6 to 8 hours of sleep per day. Afternoon it can be jus a nap. As per laziness is concerned, if you are having a refreshed sleep but still if you do not feel to work or to do any activity, you don't try to create any interest also.
