Kindly advise me for the better diet plan as according to my age and is it I can do gym or yoga?

you should have balanced diet as per your bodyweight and height ht in cm 100+wt in kg your diet should have plenty of leafy vegetables and cereals, carbohydrate and fat and protein fruits and lot water avoid red meat as far as possible instead have lean meat like chicken, fish,eggs etc go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises yes you can go to gym but do it in moderation and get your blood pressure checked up.
