I am 26 years old and I have constant pain on my left knee. It cracks like knuckles all the time and it pains if I straighten my leg. Please help

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for knee joint. Wear knee cap open patella also. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with glucosamine for three months minimum. Don' t sit on floors.
