I'm 27 years old married from 7 months. So my question is whenever I do intercourse my penis gets wet when I insert inside and if I leave it as if after the intercourse then in the morning I can see crack or cuts in the penis skin but if I wash my penis after sex all is good. Is there anything to be worried about, I have also asked my school friend he is married he sleeps after sex without washing his penis but my case is different. Please do suggest what is the reason do I need to consult a doctor.
