Hello dr, I have only one testicle with volume 13 cc. Will I face any testosterone deficiency later age 40 or 45? My age is 30 now, and testosterone is 350 sperm is 100 million.

Hello- having a unilateral orchidectomy (one testicle removed) should not affect the overall circulating testosterone level in the body, providing the remaining testicle is healthy and can produce enough testosterone to make up for any deficit.
