Hi, I am a 22 year old woman weighing 66.5 kgs (height 5'4") is this ideal for me? If not can you please suggest a healthy way to loose excess weight? P. S.- I do not have any kind of hormonal imbalance or any kind of health problems whatsoever. Just curious about my health.

Hi according to your height your ideal weight should b 54 to 56 kg advised: 1. Avoid rice, sugar, alcohol, fast food 2. Walking daily 45 mins 3. Drink 8 to 9 glasa water per day (if possible then lukewarm water) 4. Flax seeds powder 2 tsf morng - 2 tsf eve empty stomach with 1 glass of lukewarm water 5.
