Hello- tadalafil had no adverse effects on spermatogenesis, as assessed by sperm concentration, sperm count per ejaculate, percent sperm motility, normal morphology or serum reproductive hormones. But since you are unable to have an erection without tadafil, it denotes a weak reproductive system, so yes your sperm count/motility might be less. Better to switch to ayurveda treatment.
