I am 81 and take urimax d at night for very long to have good urine flow. Prostate was operated 25 years ago. For low urine flow sometimes I take sabal serrulata theta once a day in morning for two days which increases flow. Now it is not working. Have pelvic pain mild when I take morning walk. Which medicine I should take please advice.
