I am 22 years old, from past 4 months my elbow hurts and was swollen went to a doctor he said its because of vitamin d deficiency and told me to take capsules and also massage elbow with this energizer oil and use hot water bag. Although there was a little difference in both pain and swollenness but with little exercise the pain was back. Now what should I do?

Hi vitamin d is important for all mostly women, pregnancy, lactation, old age etc more required. For you take normally by foods like dairy products, organic protien based foods, egg, milk, fish, stem based vegetables, fibre rich all cereals, banana, curd etc.
