I am 21 years old and have been taking sertraline/ seroquel for 6 months. I have read online on how sometimes drugs can either decrease the effectiveness of other drugs or affect how long it works for. I feel like the drug interactions between seroquel are diminishing the effectiveness and making it less potent. I have noticed the disparity between prior a year ago when I decided to quit in just 2 weeks. I just feel like the effects of sertraline before was working compared to now it sometimes feels non-existent. Would appreciate a response.

Hello lybrate-user as you are taking your medication for a long duration of time the chances are that when you want to stop consuming your drug there is drug withdrawal symptoms. Meaning you find it difficult to stop that. So what I would suggest you is you stop gradually.
