He have many physical relationships with girls n he even do some sexual activities with guys like anal n blow jobs n other things. He used to attracted by Girls n Even Guys too. He was attracted towards me too but I denied. And he stop talking with me and then later he discussed this problem with me. He every new day desire to have sex with his girl friends or with his office male colleagues. Is that wrong what he doing n what are the steps for distracting from guys.

If you didn't want to have sex with him and said no. It's ok because you have the right to do what you want. Your friend seems to be bisexual which is a variation of sexuality which is seen in very small percentage in humans. Though it's considered normal scientifically, but in indian society it is looked down upon and such people face a lot of marginalisation and rejection from the rest, which leads to mental and emotional trauma for them. I suggest that you don't try to change him at all. Try to understand him and his life. He might be having sex with men and women but in his private moments, he could be sad and disturbed. If he's interested to visit a psychiatrist / counsellor to vent out any emotional baggage.
