My son is autistic and complaining about gum pain along lip pain, always try to turn out lips and shows teeth especially the upper incisors. No swollen signs or no sign of redness or discharge. But he is getting violent from this pain. What exactly causing such unknown.

Hi, if the pain is not acute than it might related to gum. He can do luke warm water with salt rinse atleast 5 times a day. He should get relieved from pain. Hope it help. Take care.
