I want to loose my health because I face many problems of this like I lose my stamina and I don't concentrate in any work. Thats why please guide me.

Change food habites. Avoid carbohydrates rich proteins eggs nonveg coldrinks sweets do not sleep in noon will help to reduce weight. Do arobic excersices go for fast walking morning or evening. After dinner go for slowely walk 1 to 2 km. daily. For medicinal advice ask privet ly. Dr. Tare
