I m 25 year old weighing around 50 kg. My height is 5 feet 9 inch. I want to increase my weight. Right now I m taking good diet still my weight is not increasing.

Do medical check ups.Eat more often with extra amount of food.Don't skip meals.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Take whole cream milk.Eat Banana 4-5 pcs/day.Lots of dense fruits,vegetables.Take unrefined foods with extra refined foods.Take more protein to gain weight.Add Extra healthy oil in cooking.Add ghee,butter,cream with foods.Add cream with tea/coffee.No smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise to gain weight.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.
