Hi, my elder daughter is 8 years old and weight is approx 42kgs. I am worried about her weight. Please suggest me what to do.

First medical check ups.Along with this eat small amount of food.But do not skip meals.Give her lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods small amount.Give her fish,egg white,lean meat and other sources.Don't give her fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,soft drinks,cola beverages.Drink lots of water specially before meals but not during meals.Encourage her to play. She can do swimming,skipping,cycling.These will be helpful if there is no health problems.
