Due to masturbation I feel my size of penis get weaker just 4 inch after erection. Is it due to low blood circulation in veins of my penis or some thing else. Any medicines to cure this problem. 5 years back I have about 5 inch more than now. Pls suggest to recover back.

Hello lybrate user, no need for any medicine. Just exercise regularly, brisk walk, running and skipping altogether for 30 minutes a day will be enough for you. Take diet rich in protein, vitamin a, d, e, b12 and omega fatty acid 3, 6, 9. In adults, the average penis size is about 14-16cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13cm (4.7-5.1 inches). A penis would only be considered small if it was less than 3 inches (7.6cm) long when erect.
