Hello doctor, mere cheeks and forehead pe bahut sare brown spots ho gaye hai and I am facing dark circles issue too. Maine ek baar chemical peel and 2 sitting hydrafacial bhi karwaya hai but yeh spots mere face pe aur badhte ja rahe hai. Pehle yeh sirf cheeks pe the ab yeh forehead pe bhi hone lage hai and mere lips ke around bhi. Mere face pe til bhi aane lage hai ab toh. please suggest me something. Due to all these, I am very stressed.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.
