I am 19 year old male. I had this external hemorrhoids which was a quite swollen and some amt of blood used to come while pooping. After taking pilex tab and ointment I got some relief there's no such pain and blood has stop and the swollen thing is not going.

According you provided history suggested it would be third degree hemorrhoids because as you said it's paining and bleeding as well so i'll suggest you right now i'll go better with surgical resection only because if leave it for further it i'll burst up see if you managed with only medications it's not resolved permanently so better you can go for surgical resection. Now a days have many more minimal less invasive surgeries are came to community you can go with surgical aproach only if you feel inconvenience or guilty better to go with that and for more information you can consult me or any surgeon of your choice tysm for posting your query here finally my wishes to you is get out your problem as soon as possible get well soon with permanent solutions.
