Since last evening, I am having sudden sharp needle like pain on the top of the penis near the opening. It comes suddenly without any warning and lasts for a second or two. It happened around 10 times in about 15 hours. There are no problems while urinating. Urine looks normal. Also, there are no redness or other visible symptoms in the area. No burning or tingling sensation observed. I am unmarried and not sexually active. Kindly advise.
