My mother, aged about 65 years of old, suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from near about 6-7 years, she is also suffering from osteoporesis (bmd=-3). I am from siliguri, west bengal, india. I have consulted many doctors. Recently I have consulted with one welknown orthopedic who suggest some medicine viz- ikmag, t3, oxcq, lorsaid od, rekool 40. Folic acid and mext 7. 5, but after 7 days of medication my mom feels unbearable stomach pain. We had to consult another md, who suggested to stop all the above said medicine and prescribed mucaine gel, decolic. Now what should I do? if I stop all previous medicine then my mom will suffer severe pain due to rheumatoid arthritis and if start those medicine then she will suffer gastic pain. I am really helpless. Pleas help.
