My age 36. I am trying to conceive I have seen less period flow from last 2,3 months. I have some pain changes in periods. Previously I had heavy flow starting 3 days and 4,5 days less. Previously I had normal stomach pain lower abdomen but now pain in one side only left and back. I had done hsg test before 2 months. My all test normal. My periods are regular 28 days and 5 days duration but change in flow and pain. Is this normal or due to test? What should I eat to increase flow.

1) you must understand and accept extra risk for baby and mother both after mother's age is 35 or more at time of delivery. 2) you should not think of increasing flow but concentrate on getting pregnancy. 3) any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.
