You do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank after taking lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take small amount of food.Eat lots of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods.Take extra protein to reduce weight.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use healthy fats in cooking but not more.Drink lots of water specially before meals.These will be helpful for you.
