I am 19 years old. From the past few weeks, I am experiencing a shift in my sleep cycle probably due to changes in melatonin levels. What can I do to revert it to normal state?

so stop doing things which disrupt your melatonin levels. Avoid using your smart phone, which helped you find such info, during bedtimes. Stop calling your girlfriend at night. Have an early dinner and keep some gap before falling asleep.
