I think it is a fissure with a sentinel skin tag. Drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol. Take green vegetables. Add stool softener. And sitz bath.

I have pain in my anus while passing stools. No blood is coming. This is piles or fissure. So pls suggest me what to do.

This is most likely a fissure in ano. But one needs examination to be sure. You can start with a stool softener and sitz bath.

It won't if the surgery has been done properly. But since you are only 22 and have a long life ahead, you may have recurrence.
