Both things are important for reducing weight...1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercises preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control..drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning..maximum intake of green tea and water..take high fibre low fat low sugar low carbs diet...dinner should be light maximum till 8pm..
