Please give me some tips relating to fitness. How can I reduce my weight without taking a diet? I've joined gym. Will it be helpful? Please answer.

If you want to be fit and healthy you have to regular exercise along with balanced diet.Take small amount of food frequently.Avoid sugar sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take unrefined foods.Take protein like egg white,fish,soy,lean meat,tofu,mushrooms and other sources.Add small amount of fat.Avoid smoking,alcohol.You can use whey protein or other nutritional protein shake as you are doing gym.Take proper rest at night.These will be helpful.
