My father went to a function in the night and he started sweating suddenly and he took two doses of sorbitrate (isosorbide dinitrate) and in a minute he fainted. He was rushed to hospital and the ECG reports were normal. We are not able to understand the causes of sudden sweetness and faintness.

Normal ecg doesn't rule out heart disease. Real test is coronary angiography. I strongly feel that there is coronary ischemia. Please see a good cardiologist, get admitted, get checked thoroughly. Always take heart complaints very seriously, we which you are doing. Now take it to logical end.
