Hi . There is huge difference between white spots and light coloured spots. White spots will mean vitiligo while light spots may be due to a simple fungal infection. Either case you will not need to use af 400 on a weekly basis. If you elaborate or could send a clear picture, then perhaps I may be able to advise better
