Hi. I am 25. Due to a failed love affair. I m suffering from depression. I am not able to focus anywhere. I hve spent plenty of sleepless nights crying for hours. I feel sick sometimes. I feel like ending my life sometimes. I want to overcome. Please help and suggest some mechanisms to overcome this depression of mine. Thank you

Dear, see around you. There are many people out there just like you. Fell in love and got cheated. I mean to say that is an universal problem. That is not called depression but disappointment. Disappointment also triggers symptoms as in the case of depression. One or two counseling sessions should solve your problem. Please let me know if you are willing for telephonic counseling sessions.
