I am 23 years old. I have been biting my lip for past 10 years it left a white scar in my lower lip. It looks whitier compared to surrounding lip. Its also thicker. How can I get my colour back on my lip? Whenever I i do not apply lip balm only those scar area skin peels off. Its not vitiligo. I am sure.
