I use to wake late in the morning and I am feeling very tiered I start losing my memory I am not able to remember thing what I have to do or not. What is the prb I can not understand.

Hi, May be you can make some changes in your routine. Exercise/yoga is must in addition to healthy food - green leafy vegetables, less caffeine. Alcohol in moderation.If there is any particular kind of stress you need to learn to tackle in a healthy way.
