According to your height you should have 75 kg.To reduce weight do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squats after taking Lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Eat small amount of food frequently.Eat food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods small amount.Take more protein in diet.Use healthy fats in cooking in small amounts.You can use coconut oil for weight loss.Take almond,walnut.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods because these leads to belly fat.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals Take stress free rest at night.
