After having a baby, my tummy is not reduced. I feel fatty. What should I do to reduce my tummy nd reshaped my body?

To reduce tummy you should do exercise like walking,swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,yoga Avoid fast foods,junk foods sugar sweetened juice ,cola,soft drinks as these turns into belly fat.Take lots of watery fruits,vegetables.Take unrefined foods but not much Eat small amount of food.Take more protein for weight loss.Use small amount of fat in cooking.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking alcohol.Take quality sleep.These will be helpful.
