I am suffering from systemic sclerosis with ild, ct chest show honeycombing in both lungs, my spo2 level is 80 on RA and not able to walk. Taking supplementary oxygen thru concentrator, presently taking cellcept, omnacortil, endobloc for pah, Pasp is 87 mm hg, pls. Suggest is there any treatment available, and medicine.
