Hello dr, I recovered from moderate covid-19 ,40 days back but there was no lung involvement in my case. And I have post covid complications like headache, severe gastric problem which causes pain in chest and back some times not always, and block nose. But I recovering slowly slowly from all these problems and I lost 5 to 6 kg weight, right now I am 42 in weight. I am taking gas capsule, ayurvedic med for gastric problem. So my query is can I intake berberis aquifolium q along with all this. Because due to sun bath and covid my skin became so dull n black. Please answer my question.
