Hello mam to detect the typhoid fever have different phase different test should be perform 1 week of onset of symptoms: blood culture 2 week of onset of symptoms: blood culture ,feces culture and widal test (low sensitivity) 3 week of on set of symptoms: widal test, blood culture and feces culture mam you are still worried about mild fever I would like recommended you to do monitoring every hours your body temperature and note down in one page for 12 hours of day for 2 days I suggest instead of going with so many kind of test and tests are going normal than we should check what is actual temperature of your body instead of just taking meds and wasting money behind laboratory thank you please give feedback and consult anytime add me in your favourite doctor list: um1327.
