Sir when I drink less water I notice white particulates in my urine and sometimes in morning I experience cloudy urine and which if kept for an hour the white sediment settle down and these sediment are not sperm because there are not sticky aur greasy what can be the possible cause?

Sir I am suggesting for the urinalysis and if it will be abnormal than you have to think further but if it will come normal than you should have just maintain healthy fluid intake habits like drink water 4-5 ltr per day avoid soft drinks etc ??.
