Since you live in surat, I suggest you consult a nearby dentist to rule out any sharp teeth or worn out teeth. Ulcers could be due to many reasons including stress and anxiety. Some pranayama, exercise, yoga could relieve stress and anxiety. Music could be soothing to your nerves too. If you have stomach problems, I suggest you have plenty of fluids. Start your day with a glass or two of lukewarm water with honey and lemon juice. Have milk. Preferably warm milk with sugar and turmeric is good. If you have tea I would recommend that you have lots of green teas esp mint, tulsi and other herbal teas with lime and honey. Masala chai not more than 2 cups a day. Coffee if you must have only 1 cup recommended in morning. Breakfast must be healthy, all your food please avoid too spicy, fatty, oily, cheesy, buttery, foods. Have some coconut water during the day. Chass before lunch. Lunch must comprise of lots of fresh green salads. Vegetables and fruit intake should be increased. If suffering from constipation suggest taking some extra fibre supplement. Nuts, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, water melon seeds, pumpkin seeds. Can be had. Nuts like badam, pista, walnuts, hazel nuts, dates, figs can be included in diet. Lots of water should. Be consumed during the day. Methi seeds, dry prunes can be soaked over night and had first thing in the morning with glass of water. Night dinner again should be light and must contain of healthy fresh green salads.
