Hi, best way to empty your bowels early morning is to: 1) drink 8-10 glasses of water daily 2) drink warm milk before going to bed. 3) include papaya, mangoes, spinach, ladyfinger, whole fruits, figs, other green vegetables in your diet in ample quantity. 4) avoid maida in any form-burgers, bread, pizzas, biscuits etc.
