My heart beats fast even for small panic situations. Hands keep shivering all the time. My voice goes low. I can not even speak properly. Going in social places makes me shy, I feel problem with walking. When travelling as my destination comes heart beats fast, at the orals and presentations the same. It never happened before but last 4 years. Is it any kind of disorder then what should I do?

Today so many young men and women in the age group of 18-22 are showing concerns about heart diseases. Every heart beats in panic situation, if it does not I would label you abnormal. Socially shy, afraid to speak and some kind of a hyperchondriac who is imagining too many illnesses. You do not have a disease, it is all in your mind, have a life, chill, relax, read good books, learn some skills and remain occupied with fruitful activities.
