Hi doctor. My son is 13 months old. His schedule is, 7 - 8 am wake-up. 9 am breakfast 10 am first nap for minimum of 30 mins or 1 hour 12 30 pm lunch 2 pm bath 3 -4 pm second nap but he sometime resists taking a nap. Even after rocking him for 1 hour continuously he won't sleep. So I give up. But if he doesn't sleep in afternoon he'll be very cranky after 5 pm. So I feed him dinner at 6 pm. And make him sleep by 7 pm. If he sleeps at evening 3 -4 pm, his dinner time is 7 30 pm. After that 9 pm sleep. How do I make him sleep throughout the night? I try to feed him more food at dinner so he will be full at night. But he is refusing food all the times now. Hardly eats half cup of food. Please help. I'm very worried about his health. Awaiting your response chaitra.

Don't give much amount of food at a time, rather give small amount repeatedly, it is very much a normal schedule for a baby.
